The 2016 BMW doesn’t leave drivers wanting for options. In fact, BMW offers drivers eight separate combinations, when it comes to the new vehicle’s engine and drivetrain. Three different engines are available, including a 2.0-liter 4-cylinder Turbo, a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder Turbo and a 4.4-liter V8 Twin Turbo. Those engine options can be paired with either rear-wheel drive or all-wheel drive, depending on the driver’s preferences. The newest 5 Series also comes with a diesel option, as diesel has become a popular option for many drivers. With this option, a 3.0-liter 6-cylinder engine is available with a choice between drivetrains.
